  : We stayed there four night. We didnt want the room cleaned. When I asked for some extra towels. They would only give us enough for one day. We had to keep asking for towels each day.

  : The Wi-Fi was pretty much non-existent, TV kept wanting us to sign in to Spectrum. Room was very small, and didnt have a table. We have stayed here for years, but it has changed and we dont know that we will be back.
  : No Wi-Fi and TV was terrible. You couldnt use the streaming channels.

  : A lot!1. Room given was not the one I booked on booking.com. There was NO balcony & NO lake view! 2. Almost everything (except TV, coat of white paint) looked like the original from 1970s or 1980s. (eg, yellow dingy light switch plates, old wood furniture, old AC/heat units).3. The lady checking me in had an earpiece in her ear and was having a conversation with somebody else while she was checking me in. Terrible customer service.4. When I told her the room we were given is not the room I booked on booking.com, she said she did not have deluxe Queen rooms with balconies and Lake views.5. There were many other much better options for same or similar price in the area, and we discovered..6. After check-in and given a sub standard room, I also discovered the price of our room was no available for $60 cheaper than than I paid for it I'm booking.com. and I'm genius level 3 I'm booking.com!So... On our 5-day trip before hotels we stayed in, this one was by far the worst for the reasons described above. I won't be staying there again.
