Sea Spray Condo

  : The best thing about Sea Spray is the location , patio and VIEW!! The view and scenery are second to none. Really a gem of a spot on the beach. The condo is updated but could still use lots of TLC. The property management was very helpful on several occasions- they called back immediately because I never got an email with our key pickup and they also were very helpful as we called and asked to stay an extra night. Once you get there abs see the beach and the views trust me youll want to stay longer! For the price though this condo really needs to level up and add some nice extra touches and bonuses. The upstairs bathroom really needs an update as well as better beds/bedding.
  : The sleeper sofa is terrible- needs a new mattress. All The sliding doors to the outside are very hard to open and close!! They continually got stuck and were very hard for our kids to maneuver. There were not enough stocked linens AT ALL- I even called to make sure. I was told we needed to supply our own beach towels which we did but the bath linens were not ample enough for us. There were 2 face clothes, 2Face towels and 4 bath towels supplied. The clothes dryer wouldnt turn on so I had to be creative washing/drying them. Lastly the condo did not seemed cleaned. The bedding looked clean but as far as the floors and surfaces- no way was it attended too properly. We could see hair and grime on the floor especially in the corners and especially underneath and on the carpeted stairs.
