  : The location is excellent, the room was comfortable, and the desk staff was great.
  : We were getting ready to leave the room on our first morning, and as we were going out the door we could see that the housekeeping staff had just passed our room as we were still in there. It was just 9:00 am. They saw us and asked if we needed anything, like towels or the garbage taken out. We said no, just the bed made. When we came back that evening at 9:00 pm, the room was untouched, the bed unmade. Not cool -- there was plenty of time to get to our room after we left.

Disappointing

  : The room was cold & there was no heating. I had to ask the receptionist fir a heater. She gave us one from 2 centuries ago that stoped working after 10 seconds. Then she brought us a second that worked. She apologize for it but it’s not her responsibility to maintain the motel as it should.
