  : One of the elevators had urine when we arrived and checked in and went to our room.

  : I was kicked out by an extremely upset, and rude woman that should be referred to behavioral health management facility. I want the refund in its entirety for the entire booking, as it is considered Fraud. There were also Cockroaches
  : I am certain I have o eroaid through this, and other apos. It is beyond bad business.

  : They gave me my money back.
  : Our first clue that this wasn’t going to work was the people working on their cars out front. I’m not one to judge. But I was traveling by myself with my children and there were less than savory characters wondering around everywhere. I was doing my best to stay in budget because we had to stay an extra night we were not planning to. The room was supposed to be non smoking however the whole place including the room reeked on cigarettes. The walls and windows had finger prints everywhere and this is before going into the room. Stains on the walls. Hairs in the bathroom and the bed. Needless to stay we didn’t even unpack the car. I immediately went to the front desk to request a refund. Thankfully they accosted me and I was able to fine something safer. The staff was ere notice and understood.

  : Rooms were dirty and damaged, water was black as it came out of the shower.breakfast was what you see on prison TV shows.AC did not work, room was hot.Rooms were very dirty, and many things were broken

  : I was there for a total of 10 minutes. The only thing I liked about this place was leaving.
  : I didn’t like the area I didn’t like how dirty it was. I didn’t like the employees I didn’t like the parking. I didn’t like the smell of marijuana everywhere. I looked how the carpets were.

  : Absolutely NOTHING. This was by far the WORST place I have ever been to in my ENTIRE life, and I have travelled ALL around the world!!
  : AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK IN ANY ROOM. YOUR STAFF IS HORRIBLE. THERE IS NEVER, AT ANY POINT, AN ON-SITE MANAGER, THE ROOMS WERE DISGUSTING, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE! WORST PLACE , DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Warning!!

  : Room was available. Reasonably clean. Staff is friendly and responsive.
  : Room was not as depicted and on reflection probably just a room rather than a suite that we booked. Place is almost comically in disrepair with elevator buttons not working, fire alarm battery warnings beeping, thermostat doesn't function, no coffee maker or ice bucket, broken ice machines.
