Modern Home with Pool and Office - Near DT Sacramento!

  : House was clean and felt comfortable to live in. Close to a lot of stores and food, nice neighborhood. Quick responses from host when I had concerns.
  : Paid for this place mainly for the pool but it wasn't ready to be used because it's not legal at this time of year for rentals to allow guests to swim. Didn't know about it until we got there, host said it was in their terms of use but I still couldn't find that info anywhere, apparently pools are only usable from May to Sept. TVs were good size but had nothing to offer, no cable, only Netflix and YouTube apps, and they were mounted to the walls so tight that I couldn't hook anything up to it (brought my Xbox and switch since we were there for 5 nights), so I went out and bought my own TV and fold out table to use instead.We were not informed that we'd have yard workers coming over so randomly in the middle of our vacation we had people with blowers right outside the front, it was kind of annoying for about 30 min. Right after that a large trail of ants was going from the garage to the front door, which were gone later that night. A previous review on the evolve for this home had an ant invasion complaint on January but we luckily didn't notice any inside. The last two nights we were there a party was taking place on the other side of the backyard fence. It was all Mexican music and the local streets were flooded with cars so it seemed to be a pretty big thing... The music was going loud and strong till about 2 am. Could hear people singing along most of the night, especially from the office room where I had my laptop set up.
