Traveller Type: solo traveller
  : Spacious room, full kitchen, water always hot, nice bathroom, comfortable enough bed. Close to several places to eat. Okay breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuit and gravy though gravy was weak. Waffle maker, fruits, cereal.
  : Outside looks modern, but inside is dated. After 2 quiet nights, the last night could hear the TV in the next room which no matter how low always keeps me awake. Full size refrigerator sounded like a plane taking off at times. Think it was an ice maker with no water input trying to work. For such a large room it had a smaller TV. Arrived at 10:30 room not ready. Understand since check-in advertised at 3PM. Came back at 12:30, still not ready. Came back at 3:30 and now there was a crowd waiting to check-in. They still had to send someone up to check if the rooms were done. Maybe short staffed. Don't park under the trees for shade because the birds will decorate your car.

  : Conveniently located, easy to find
  : The first room we were assigned looked like someone napped there. One bed was not made and there were used towels by the sink.The second room had a strong urine smell and was musty. I went to bed hoping the sheets were clean. When I spoke to the desk clerk he was not engaged and said the staffing was low.

  : Location was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : Needs to be remodeled, bathroom light did not work, the cabinets are old and smelly, the kitchen faucet dripped., and would stay on if not turned just right. The bathroom had no exhaust fan. The hallways were always smelly and hot, overall the place smells old. The only good thing about the room was the ac unit, it was cold.

  : The foyer was full of piles of washing, the electronic locks didn't work on the external doors, the room had a very bad odour.

  : Everything was outdated. We had to switch our first room because the bed was broken. Chair was broken. Toilet handle was broken. Pool and hot tub were dirty.all entrances except main were all closed and not working. Had to get my key renewed because it wouldn't open our room door.
