  : The room we received was an adjoining room with a group of people having a party. We called down to the desk at 2AM to complain and they said they would send someone up deal with but they did not. We were up until 4AM when it finally got quiet. I complained to the manager Angel and the best she said she could do was to give me some Marriott Bonus points because I booked through Booking.com. I wanted the stay credited.

  : The room itself was basic and served my needs. It was booked last minute due to a canceled flight that required a stay in the airport vicinity.
  : It's confusing, as they use the Marriott name and there is also another Marriott Hotel in the airport vicinity just down the road from this one. There is no effort to direct customers by way of a simple text or reference in the property description to be advised as to which one is which. I inadvertently went to the wrong Marriott. Since this property is an offshoot from the main Marriott chain the staff at both hotels informed me confusion between the two happens all the time. In addition, this hotel doesn't answer their phone in a reliable manner. And the person checking in guests was indifferent and basically shrugged. I was on the ground floor, and a rat bait was right outside my window in full view.

  : It was the same as my other family members
  : When I called to change rooms from a king to two queens and was told multiple times it would happen but would not be able to check in early I was good with that. Then, when we got there I personally spoke with the front desk and she remembered my phone call and reassured me again we would have two doubles. 12:20 when we arrive after our concert ended I checked in and it was a king only room. Went back to explain we needed two doubles and she said they were full and had nothing. I have yet to see a refund of the room we never stayed in. Instead we drove home. Will never stay there and will never recommend it to any of my friends traveling.

  : The rooms and their bathrooms were clean. The staff was lovely, specially at the restaurant.
  : They don’t tell guests where the free breakfast is served, so I ended up having to pay $26 for it (my bad, but could’ve been avoided if the person at the front desk emphasized the difference)
