  : Rooms are nice. Staff was very nice. USB ports on every wall sconce was very handy. Plenty of power outlets.Good internet.Water pressure was good. TV worked. Property clean
  : Noisy, high pitched sound coming through the rear bathroom wall. AC was way too cold, couldn't really train it to behave properly. I just bundled up with covers. The metal frame under beds were noisy when hit by something. Room 110 had some weird stains on the ceiling over the bed, and on the wall near the wall vent in the bathroom. A high pitched mechanical noise also made working in the room in the morning impossible. The AC was keen to make the room into Antarctica. Fixing that should save the operator a pile of money in electric bills.I switched rooms and had none of them problems. I'm not used to being charged $50 deposit when checking in, and the billing is setup so it looks backwards from how it should be. I will doublecheck the charges once the deposits clear.. takes a few days to clear theh said. Apparently, this property has a certain type of guest that necessitates taking deposits, people stealing shelves from refrigerators, etc.

  : Roaches in our room, noisy neighbors, hard bed, dirty sink and toilet We had booked two rooms for three nights but had to leave after the first night The manager was supposed to refund us for the two nights we didnt use but as of right now nothing has shown up on my account

  : The staff were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Setback from main road but very quiet. Reasonably priced (@$120/nt) compared to other chain hotels above $200/nt
  : Unfortunately, there once was a pool but no longer used. Two floors, but be aware no elevator. Its about a 10 min drive to main street downtown (Broad) where all the shops are. Floors in room upgraded nicely but couldn't walk barefoot they were so filthy. (Can't just vacuum fake hardwood floors -- they must mopped)
