  : The outside of the building was clean until you got in the inside of the building the elevator was dirty the hallways had roaches the room had roaches the telephone in my room didnt work at all the man at front desk was rude all night because I kept going to him in the middle of the night complaining about the gang members that was standing in the hallways making noise about who they were going to kill the people in the room next to me was fussing and fighting all night I didnt get no sleep at all doors slamming and closing the worst stay ever I demand a refund I travel all over the world because of my job and this stay here I would never recommend

  : I got my refund.
  : They cancelled my booking before I arrived even though I told them I would be getting in early in the morning around 3am-4am there was a tropical storm warning which delayed our drive up from Florida. I had to rebook while standing there. Finally got my rooms and the elevator was nasty. We rode to the 2nd floor and walked to the room down a dirty stained carpeted hallway. Got to the rooms hoping they would be clean and they were nasty. Neither room was cleaned. The refrigerator was nasty, the toilets weren't cleaned, The linens were iffy the coverlets were stained. Roaches were just walking around. It's there hotel you are just a visitor. I was advised that was just the 2nd floor and that they couldn't refund me. We were taken to the 1st floor where we were shown more rooms that were supposed to be clean. I saw 5 rooms. None were clean.
