  : Your site overbooked the hotel. We arrived and were not allowed to stay. As far as I know, we didn't get a refund yet, even though we weren't allowed to stay.

  : I made a $100.00 deposit for with my credit card and it was not returned. The clerk at the desk said I would have it returned in five days and it's been over five weeks.

  : Nothing, the room was filthy, dirty sheets and I reserved 2 beds but instead was given a couch bed with no bedding at all and a full size bed with dirty sheets ! The sink had spit in it and the floors were un vacumed, shameful.

  : The property was pretty clean and had very friendly staff.
  : The beds were comfortable but not put onto the metal frames correctly. This led to us hitting our shins quite a bit.

  : Hotel was close off the freeway. Clean and comfortable.
  : Check in was at 3pm and I and my husband along with my daughters with their husbands arrived about 25 minutes early and we were told that check in was at three and it would be ok to have a seat until check in time. Well at 3pm our total of three rooms were not available yet. other people came in after us and they had their rooms. It took a bit to get checked in.In the morning at breakfast, I didn't like the server who a woman. She stood off to the side just staring at everyone with not a happy face or smile. I felt like we had to hurry to eat and like we were uncomfortable.

  : Our room door handle was broken. Hotel claims to be smoke free, but one of the rooms next to mine the smoke detector kept going off because they were constantly smoking pot. People smoking cigarettes directly next to the side doors, so you could smell the cigarette smoke inside the hotel. This is NOT what I would classify as smoke-free. I will be reporting this violation. Also, they’re “pet friendly” but charge a whopping $22 per pet and ask for a $100 deposit for the rooms. This hotel is STEEP for the price. I would not spend that much money on this hotel. It’s not worth it. My dogs are crated almost at all times inside hotel (aside from walking to the exit door and using the restroom outside) so paying $44/night for my dogs to stay in an crate is repulsive. They’re basically robbing you for that price.

  : Room was very comfortable and clean
  : Eating area lacks sufficient space and tables, especially when it gets busy. Also, I heard that staff asked people to get out of the pool around 10-10:20pm and they got out, but then some very noisy people were in the pool at about 11:20pm.
