  : Location. Room was spacious. Beds are comfortable
  : Room air conditioner did not work. Talked to night clerk and she called manager but did not repair. Did not have any other rooms available. Yet my son booked a room after I talked to her. Breakfast area was dirty. No towels for pool. Bathroom in lobby out of order. No attendant at front desk most of the time.

  : The staff were terrible. Asked to check in early because some hotels will allow you to. Tanya almost bit my head off and then told me all about them being short staffed. Okay, a “no” works. Then we requested top floor room. We do at every hotel we stay because of my boyfriend’s anxiety and insomnia issues. If he has to hear people moving around above him it’s causes him to lose sleep, etc. Tanya told us they weren’t putting anyone above the 3rd floor because of their “skeleton crew”. Yet an hour later we rode the elevator with a couple who had just checked in and went to the 5th floor. When I mentioned it to the young man at the desk, he told me “they must have been here since yesterday.” They weren’t but okay. Then Tanya charged me twice for our stay. When I brought it to their attention the young man told me he took it off, but he didn’t and I had to have someone else fix it when we checked out. Even the lady who made breakfast was rude.

  : The bed was comfortable. The hotel had great access to amenities.
  : The hallway was very hot. Some of the rooms had a lot of trash outside their rooms in the hallway. The worst thing was the mold in the bathroom shower. My husband and I didn't take a shower. We washed up in the sink.
