  : The staff that I worked with were pretty swift and efficient with the checking in and out process.
  : The room was pretty trashed. The cabinets were all broken and shifted and some prior guest had stabbed the wall several times. The counter top was pulling away from the wall and the dresser was pretty marked up. It was definitely an abused room.

  : Staff was very nice, coffee, downstairs smelled great.
  : Refrigerator leaked, rooms need upgrade, air needs replace didn't het the room cool.

  : There wasn't much to like. The staff was decent. The location wasn't bad
  : The cleanliness was a disappointment. There was hair in the shower. Counters needed to be wiped down. Trim is coming apart on counters. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Blood on the bed sheets. They gave me the run around for a refund. The manager would not call me back. She ironically was always too busy to deal with my concern. I had to drive back to the location and speak to the assistant manager. The assistant manager just got done dealing with other issues and was ready to tell me no for a refund. With no reference, she said I was in the room for over an hour. I was only in the room for 15-20 mins. She implied that the blood may have just gotten there after I checked in. Luckily, the staff member that was there the previous night came in to validate my story. You can tell by the condition of the building it was going to be a fight to get my refund. She finally gave the refund but said I need to take pictures next time.

  : The location is good BUT THE HOTEL IS A VERY DIRTY PLACE.
  : They gave us a room with TWO beds as requested. The hotel smelled of smoking and dirty. The TV was not working. Two of our members left the Hotel because of these reasons. We complained to hotel employee who helped us get another room with one BED.
