  : It was clean and comfortable beds.I liked the Parkers gas station right across the street. That made it convenient for store trips.
  : You could hear slamming doors early in the am, people walking above you all hours of the night (sounded like a herd of elephants). Housekeeping kept coming in even if you didn't answer the door, would wake you up, come in when you were in the shower. On check out day, he came in and woke us up and asked if we were checking out 2 hours before check out time. Then he left his cleaning cart and a large trashcan on the outsides of our door, which was an inconvenience to get out. The lobby smelled bad when you first walked in. Smelled like spicy food. The location was hard to get in and out of with the vehicle, so we pretty much walked or door dashed for food and drinks.

  : Convince, staff is really nice and friendly, it was my second stay there in 4 months
  : The bathroom had what appeared to be blood on the door jam, the shower was poor and made it very difficult to shower as it had tape around it . The air conditioning sounded S if were going to take off at any moment I didnt sleep well at all

  : Bed was comfortable, location was good for us. We brought our own pillows and blankets so I have no critique on those. Staff was great and accommodating.
  : No breakfast, everything was dirty we actually wiped the furniture and bathroom counter top down with disinfectant wipes, dirt all along the floor boards and stains on the walls, curtain was melted to the window, light bulb out, freezer hasnt Been defrosted in a long time as ice buildup inside was almost completely enclosed, shower head was cruddy and had to be wiped off, toilet seat loose, dirty floor, no sink drain cap as someone dropped a plastic bottle cap down the drain causing minor backup of water. Other than that we survived the week.

  : I like the locations close to my sister-in-law's house.
  : When I checked in my room the sheets on the bed were not clean. When I put the maid service sign on the door. the housekeeper changed it to not disturb. The housekeeper didn't speak English. I feel the desk clerk needs to check the room. It was too expensive. When you don't serve a complimentary breakfast. So I won't recommend any of my family and friends to stay at the Rincon inn and suites.
