Super 8 by Wyndham Raton

Very Good
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: The best view and beds
: Tge internet and tv didnt work

Fair
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: The night and morning staff were friendly and helpful. We spent a quiet night in a comfortable bed.
: The light for Super 8 was not visible at night, finding it difficult to find. The hotel needs a major face lift. There is no place to sit to eat the continental breakfast.

Very Good
Traveller Type: Group Traveler
: Staff were really responsive and friendly
: Rooms are slightly outdated, but more than adequate for the price point.

Poor
Traveller Type:
  : The bed was comfortable
: The commode was old and very low to the ground. The floors were peeling up. Nobody has those outdated toilets any more. The other problem was that I had requested a shower chair, IN WRITING. I was told NO PROBLEM, we can do that. However, when we arrived, they told me Super 8 couldn't do that. I would not have booked a room with this location if I had been told the truth. I am recovering from knee replacement surgery. That was the reason for my request. This trip I was traveling with a friend and we wanted 2 queen beds. That's why we didn't get the handicap room. I was told my request would be honored. It was a rough night as I was unable to use the shower or the toilet. I'm very disappointed. I will probably not stay at a Super 8 again.
