  : The staff is nice and honest.
  : This place is overall dirty. From the moment we drove in we noticed how run down it is. There is trash in every corner and it smells like urine. It is more of an apartment complex that needs much much improvement. We ended up canceling our stay because of how dirty the room was. There were cigarette burns on the blankets and clear stains that could not have been cleaned if they tried to. We have stayed at low end hotels and have been able to turn a blind eye when it’s a bit dirty. This was not the case at all.. so disappointing and the tenants who live there long term deserve better from management.

  : I made a reservation and paid for the booking before arriving at the hotel, I didn't expect much from the hotel but it was just to spend the night. When I arrived, the receptionist was rude and only informed me that there were no more rooms available, even though I had already paid. It's been more than 7 days and I still haven't received my refund.

  : This hotel has been the absolute worst hotel we've ever been to. The first night they didn't have any blankets for us to use. The room didn't have any. There was garbage left in the room, the floors were covered in dirt. It doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned.The bed legs were broken. The table was broken. The air-conditioner was broken.Stayed, and left early for an event. Came back and someone had been IN OUR room. There was cigarette ash on the bed, used paper plates on the floor and the only towels we had were used.The office called housekeeping to come clean it... they never showed up.We asked for a different room, and was told we could go to a one bed, but they didn't have anymore two beds. Which doesn't really work with 4 of us. Whatever, I understand not having another room...We took the dirty sheets and towels down about 3 pm. Was told they'd have sheets for us when we got back. Came back an hour later, still nothing.Went down at 8 pm, and they only had a fitted sheet for one bed. (We had two) no pillow cases, no towels and no bedding for the second bed.The entire establishment was covered in filth. The outside, the laundry room, the stairs, the rooms...I've never stayed somewhere so disgusting before, and absolutely no help from any of the staff. (I spoke to 4 different staff members).

  : Elevator was broken down, So I had to walk up to the 3rd floor. Pillows are flat flat flat! A big thing was you have to go down to the lobby and ask for soap to shower, Why not give it to you when you check in or just put a bar in the shower like every other hotel.... I don't know.
