  : The room was clean and the hotel was located in a location that matched the description. This is where all the advantages of this hotel end.
  : To our great regret, we unexpectedly encountered a very negative experience staying at this hotel. 1. Lack of normal, I would say, necessary for swimming, water pressure in the tap and in the shower. A camera photo is attached. These days it was very hot and it was impossible to buy a child or bathe yourself, or even wash your hands. When we reported this to the front desk, they told us: we know. This is where the hotel's concern in resolving this issue ended. 2. All the days while we were at the hotel there was no Internet. This was extremely inconvenient, since my husband and I work remotely and rallies were planned on these days. Guess what they told us at the reception: we know. That's all. 3. Communication with clients. In the morning we went for breakfast. There were 20 minutes left before it ended. The woman behind the bar very rudely informed us that breakfast time had passed and she would not serve us. We were on a trip with our little daughter and this state of affairs was not at all part of our plans. We indicated that breakfast time had not passed, to which we were answered in the same rude manner: breakfast is over! 4. Food at breakfast. Everything looked very unappetizing both on the day when our mood was spoiled and we were unable to have breakfast, and on the second day. Very few and very meager. Sorry, but this is not 4 stars. This is 2 stars at best. Dry bagels, no coffee, no muesli, butter, cheese... There was simply nothing to eat. As a result, we went to have breakfast in another place, not at the hotel. 5. The smell of dampness in the room. Yes, the room was clean. But as soon as you turned off or made the air conditioner less strong, this terrible smell immediately appeared. The window in the room cannot be opened. Which is completely surprising, considering that Covid-19 has not been canceled. How to ventilate a room if the window cannot be opened? 6. Lighting in the room. Terrible.

  : Horrible staff rude we booked two rooms the breakfast staff Lady couldn’t have been more rude. Literally yelled at us about a muffin in the morning horrible.

  : There is no road signage to direct one to the property, confusing for out of town guests. The room pictured in the ad was luxurious looking ( reason we paid premium price) where actual room was pretty standard.

  : It was very close to the venue we were attending. The staff on the second day were great and helpful.
  : When we arrived the guy that checked us in was more worried about his conversation on his personal phone than who he was supposed to be taking care of. Pillows were way too feathery and even though it says in the listings that non feather pillows are available when I tried to ask for one because feathers make me congested the lady made a huge deal about me needing to request ahead of time because they only have non feathered rooms. Rooms need a little more lighting. It's a little difficult to get ready because the only well lit area is at the bathroom sink and kind of difficult to get close to the mirror if you are short.

  : The man that checked us in was very nice and friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable and we were amazed at how large it was. It was close to the concert that we were going to so we were able to leave our car parked in the hotel parking lot and walk about 7 minutes to the event center. We would probably stay again
  : So we have Hilton honors points and we usually stay at either a Hampton or Hilton. The rooms are always clean although they are a little bit smaller. And there is always a complimentary breakfast. Not here!!! We went down to breakfast on Sunday morning and got our food not realizing that it was not a complimentary breakfast. there were no signs anywhere informing guests that the breakfast was not complimentary. So after we ate we had a $25 bill. What little food there was was not equivalent to $25. $11.25 per person was a disgrace. I had a little bit of fruit, a little bit of scrambled eggs, bacon that was not good, and potatoes that were not good. My husband had a bowl of cereal. And it cost us $25. Quite a shocker. Now I understand why there was not a good selection of food. No one wants to pay $11.25 for a very small selection of food. That is the one thing that would keep me from staying again.
