  : It was an adorable cottage with nice furniture. The balconies and porches are great. I was able to use the gym which was adequate.
  : The floor in the living room was unlevel. A few of the lights were out. I hated that you could not use the hot tub or pool after dusk. This is unacceptable especially for the hot tub.

  : Quiet with a small community feel. Located 5 minutes from Windmark Beach, 8 from Saint Joe beach, & 12 from Mexico Beach. Screened in porch and balcony were wonderful. Friendly people and rental staff were great and quickly handled any issues that arose. Hope to return in the future.

  : The decor was very quaint and nautical, the house had a good vibe. The laundry and fridge and stove and dishwasher were all in good working condition, and the 3 bathrooms were quite helpful. The two porches also very charming. And the furniture was quite unique and esthetically pleasing. The town/city is very quiet and it was a great location for peace and relaxation. Things are very well spaced out with easy access beaches everywhere. The pool and hot tub were right there, and cleaned daily. Loved being immersed in nature while also in the oasis of the home.
  : The master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and so much so that you could see body indents from usage when the bed was made. It creaked and squeaked when I moved. The carpets upstairs need changing (not dirty but stained I guess), and the downstairs powder room had no toilet paper or dispenser and there weren't extras elsewhere, except for the rolls which were allotted to the other two washrooms. After swimming and beaching and sweating for a week with 2 kids, 2 laundry pods weren't enough so we needed our own detergent.

  : Place was dirty. Baseboards are filthy as well as the interior doors look like they have never been dusted or washed. Smoke detector in master bedroom was missing. Screen in the upper and lower porch have multiple holes and the screens need to be badly cleaned. Stairway walls badly need paint. Beds were comfortable and the 3 baths are nice.
