  : Location, the breakfast waitress was great!
  : Restaurant had a limited menu and was out of a few items my husband wanted. Our meals were gross- fatty undercooked cold bacon for the BLT and my chicken was extremely dry that I couldn’t swallow it and the green beans were undercooked. Bar tender never asked if there was a problem with our food since we did not eat the majority of it nor did he ask if we wanted a box - so my guess is he new the food was bad. No cups in the room to make coffee. Someone else’s food in our fridge. The handicap room was not ADA compliant causing my husband to fall in the bathroom. Both lobby restrooms the handicap stalls were out of order. Another quest had to tell us in order to go to the ground floor, you have to go up and then down as the down button was not working. Parking ramp was trashing, dark, and didn’t seem very safe. Did an early checkout and the quest services gal sat in a chair in the back and didn’t seem to want to get up as told me to just leave the keys. Once I told her we had issues she finally came out.

  : Off the bat when we checked in, the staff did not give us any information. Not where to find parking, fitness center, pool, breakfast, or anything. We hit the pool right away and the hot tub was not very hot and the whirlpool aspect was not working. The stairwell we used to get back up to our room reeked of urine. Then we could not get back in our room, which happened several times after. The key card would seem to work and the door would make an unlocking sound but not open, taking lots of tries. The water in our shower did not get above lukewarm but was mainly cold. The AC in the room is not great and the front desk was out of fans. Lastly, our room was by the back and fitness center entrancewhich you did not need a key card to enter, which I have never encountered at a hotel before, that you can just walk right into a back door. I travel to this area a few times a year and will make sure to book elsewhere. Huge disappointment given the price
