  : The rooms floor was filthy. Even took pic of bottom of feet after being on them. Paint job wall paint all over ceiling. And ceiling was painted but never cut in. My main problem was just not clean.

  : Plenty of room for a family of 5 and bedding comfortable. Large fridge/freezer in room and Keurig coffee maker with several coffee choices. Tv’s in upper and lower areas of room.
  : Bedding and bathrooms were clean, but floors were very dirty (this was very unexpected and disappointing due to all other areas of room being so clean...dirt accumulated on feet...had to keep shoes on when walking on floor). Biggest initial disappointment was in the lack of upfront information about additional daily pet fees. This hotel was chosen due to price, but would not have chosen if the daily pet fee rates had been known. Cancellation with booking.com and the hotel was not able to be completed within a 10-15 minute window after making the reservation and I was told by the staff that I would be charged a cancellation fee. Staff attempted to help me cancel the reservation, but was not able to complete it on their end and booking.com did not have any way to talk to someone to help (all automated). Cancellation information steps with all codes including the four pin code should be clear and located on the confirmation page received upon making a reservation. Booking.com was not transparent about the additional daily pet fees. Grad & go breakfast was disappointing (and we weren’t expecting much). Only two mini, cereal box choices were given for the breakfast. Upon checkout, a female staff member (who was very friendly) informed us that additional food items were available upon request. It would have been nice if management informed us of this earlier verbally, in writing, or with signage in the office by the food.

  : It was in the middle of everything.. loves that! It was a great price for a room to rest in after be out doing things all day, bed was pretty comfortable, good air conditioning, and good water pressure in shower.. that’s all we needed
