: Location, previous stay
: The hotel has always been on the higher end for cost which I’ve never minded paying because, the hotel was upheld that quality and those standards. Starting with the doorman, to the checkin, rooms breakfast, etc. I feel like the quality of the hotel has decreased a bit, less staff, quality of food has decreased and in general the hotel is not once what it was but the price is still on the higher end. Don’t skimp on quality to save costs.

: I liked the experience. It was a really cute place. The outdoor area was so nice!
: The rooms are kind of out dated. Everything was certainly clean but the floors just looked old and in need of replacing. The curtains were super out dated. I was also on the floor and side where they serve breakfast and the smell lingers really bad so much so it kind of makes you nauseous after awhile; however, there is nothing that can be done about that.

: Laundry room. If there is a problem, the staff cannot help, due to the fact that it is owned and operated by an outside company. I've stayed with you twice & both times the outdoor pool was closed
