  : I liked the staff, the price from booking and the location. The breakfast room is huge.
  : When originally booked with Ramada over the phone the price quoted to me was outrageous for the quality of the hotel. No workout room and the pool was extremely hot and had a ton of chemicals.

  : The location of the property is great. The outside and the common areas of the property are very nice.
  : The rooms are dank. it feels wet and smells musty. And the bathtub didn’t drain very well.

  : Nothing. This property was awful.
  : The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. We traveled with 30+ other families and this was everyone’s response. Some families decided to sleep on the floor because it was better than sleeping on the bed. The staff was incredibly rude- from over the phone with booking, to check-in, to while we stayed. They were awful and we will never go back. No outdoor pool and the indoor pool is awful. It is so incredibly hot in the pool area that you truly believe you are in an actual sauna. Our kids had to walk outside (in 80+ degree weather) to cool down from the heat and humidity in the pool area. It was impossible to sit around the pool to watch your kids without sweating or dying of heat stroke. The gym and fitness facilities were closed for “health and safety” concerns. Breakfast was bland and not good. Our entire group hated this place and felt like we were an inconvenience to the hotel. Complete lack of customer service. Oh, and let’s not forget the rooms- they are such a mid-matched nightmare. Red and black striped carpets, red and gray circle patterns on the bed, some things updated while others are not. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not very clean either. I truly wished we had booked somewhere else. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

  : Two of the three nights were good but third night was crazy. Kids up running halls screaming and slamming doors several hours up to about midnight thirty. Some parents dont need children if they cant control them!!!

  : Helpful and kinda staff, great breakfast w/ 24hr coffee machine access always a plus, area to sit inside and outside to relax, good location on the strip, but not overly busy location
  : Air conditioner in room turns on and off through the night made it a little difficult to be comfortable temp wise and noise wise, some late coming people made noise through the night, but it's a hotel so what do you expect, overall a great experience would not hesitate to stay again!

  : The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, with the exception of some mold under the soap holder in the shower. The breakfast was excellent & the staff very friendly & helpful. Love the indoor pool!

  : The staff is super friendly, they were all very polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their face when they saw us coming in and going out. They even offered us a piece of their pizza they ordered. We plan to come back and visit again soon and we will definitely be checking to see if you have availability
  : I can honestly say the only thing that could be better is if you would put a little hook beside the showers so you could hang your towel there where it is more convenient when you get out of the shower.
