  : Where do I start?! 8.2 rated on your site!!!! It might have been a 2.0 Customers’ smoking area was right outside the lobby where you registered and where breakfast was served each day. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke which I am highly allergic. While I was trying to register, my son and grandson took our cart of clothes up to the room to get settle in but to my surprise they came down as I was talking to the employee at the desk. They were so disgusted with the room. They said there was a dirty pair of underwear on the shelf, the shower head was corroded, the shower knobs were rusted, the doors were dilapidated, the windows were filthy, the carpet was nasty, the furniture as you got off the elevator was molded, etc.. This was suppose to be a 8.2 rated hotel! What fraudulent ratings!!! We could not stay in this hotel because of our allergies. I asked for a refund but the clerk said I had to contact Booking. After trying 2 times and waiting 15 to 20 minutes each time, I finally got in touch with someone who said that the hotel had to be contacted. Then we were told it would be 24 hours before we would know anything. I have never heard such garbage. I booked and paid with good faith that this hotel would be an excellent hotel. That was a total fraudulent lie! I would appreciate my money being refunded to my account. Thank you!!

  : The location is similar to others in the area- right off of the super busy road. I am from a tiny town and not used to being that close to roads, and wish there was one set a bit back so you don't feel so stuck in the bustle of it all. But that seems to be the same situation as the rest of the hotels so I can't hold that against them really. I just wasn't expecting it. I liked that the river was right behind the hotel. The staff was welcoming and informative. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were small but adequate and decorated nicely. The entire hotel could be summed up the same way- small , but nicely decorated and perfectly fine for what it needed to be.
  : It's not their fault ( there are signs everywhere saying no smoking) but our entire hallway smelled like weed, badly. The next morning as the workers cleaned it it smelled better. The beds were too firm for my family to get comfortable but that may be great for some people. By far the most annoying issue was the elevator. There's just one for the whole hotel and it's very slow. By the time it stops for others to get on and get let off and finally makes its way to you, you may have been standing there 8 or 10 minutes. I wish I was exaggerating but truly don't feel like I am . It got to the point that we stopped using it unless our hands were full because it was easier to walk up to the 4th floor than stand there for a long time, sometimes just to find out when it finally gets there that there's no room for you on it.

  : Great location and convenient to so many activities as well as The Smoky Mountains. The front desk man was very friendly and polite. Room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.
  : For a five story hotel with basement access, it could really use another elevator! Lady in breakfast area was not friendly at all.
