  : The property was centrally located and had a great view of the mountains.
  : The property was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The internet did not work and when we asked for the owner to fix the issue, we were told to call comcast ourselves. The furniture was extremely nasty and had stains on the beds.

  : We liked how close it was to everything. And when we got there they had soap and some washing pods to wash your clothes if you need to and other stuff like that I like that I didn't have to go buy stuff like that they had Little bottle of stuff that we would need we had Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels I did have to wash some towels but that was fine we use a lot . We had a bathtub with jets in it that was nice .
  : The inside pool was not in are Building so we would have to go outside just to get to the pool we only went onetime and it's very little. The king size bed was very low down and very uncomfortable and the couch bed was very thin and uncomfortable for my son we did fined a air mattress and it was a good one we used it for the rest of the trip . I was expecting Christmas Decorations to be out and a Christmas tree to be in the living room but there was nothing Christmas at all we don't go all out for Christmas but we do have a little tree we try to remember the true meaning for Christmas Jesus birth but I was thinking they would be some decorations maybe a Nativity scene or some pictures on the wall of Jesus

  : the room was not clean and the Wi-Fi did not work.

  : Comfort, facilities, cleanliness
  : Lights - less light in dining area. No Internet - lot of struggle. Call and customer service they keep promising to resolve but at end not able to solve the issue. I loss more than i spent on this reservation. As I was hoping to done my work remotely and I had to find other places where I could get better internet connection. Lot of struggles and loss in office work. Kids were getting nervous without Internet to watch their favorite thing.

  : No host on site. In general the place is not kept up well. We had a few regular coffee pods, no decaf, sugar or creamer. No light in the dining-living area. The only lamp shade on the side table is broken.
