  : The breakfast was bad. We came down to eat at 6:00 when the breakfast started. The eggs and sausages were cold. The bagels were old and dry.
  : The facility has dedicated parking spaces for boats and trucks, the second night of our stay they were all full but 3 of them had cars in the spaces, these spaces are longer to accommodate a truck and boat trailer, and have power connections for charging boat batteries. There is a sign on the side of the building that says," Turck and boat parking only" I went to the front desk and asked for a solution, none was offered, he just shrugged his shoulders and said I would need to find somewhere else to park. I went back to the parking lot and while standing there trying to figure out a solution a pickup truck pulled up and parked behind one of the cars in the extended stalls. they got out and made a comment about the cars. We chatted for a bit and the owner of the car came out and asked them to move so she could leave. It was the front desk lady who checked us in the previous evening. A short but direct conversation ensued, and the employee just made an excuse and got in her car.

  : Breakfast area looked clean and like there was a variety
  : Saftey and staff were horrible. When i arrived in my room the window was open and the screen was knocked out and the TV was on. Window also didnt lock. Being on the bottom floor of a hotel with this going on did not seem safe for my children. I requested a different room and explained why and the staff refused. I left to go get food due to being hungry while traveling when we came back the window was reopened and curtain opened as well. Someone was in our room while we were gone. I went to the front requesting a different room again and got refused. They also refused a refund so that i could afford a different hotel. Overall was a really horrible experience.

  : Carpet was dirty, AC was on and couldnot cool the room with the window open. Room was very uncomfortable. Dirt on baseboard heater.

  : Good location but room was very noisy as put in annexe which was right on the roadside.
  : Rude staff . Greeted through a hatch in reception and felt like an inconvenience.Smoking staff by exit/ entrance despite do not smoke signs. Dirty rooms annd bedding and well passed it’s best . Had to stand on a chair to operate air conditioner. Tv was on when we entered and soon realised it was broken and couldn’t change volume etc and had to switch off at the plug. We’re out in an annexe so got wet going to and from hotel with a view of a brick wall and right on the main road so very noisy. On departure refused ( through hatch again) a receipt for payment and receptionist very rude.
