  : Smoker room, not nonsmoker.!......deadbolt did not work!!! Terrible room my wife has COPD...coughed nothingall night...Totally false advertising! Marked as a non-smoker, excuses made at the desk that previous owner was not respectable for non smokers! Totally unaceptable!

  : This Hotel was an embarrassment, and I will not use booking.com ever Again! Payment according to booking.com was suppose to be made at the property. BuT booking.com took the payment before I ever checked in. I would not recommend this Hotel for any reason, it was less then 1 out of 10!!!!!

  : Great location. There were many shops and restaurants and even a nationally recognized Kroger grocery store all within walking distance of hotel. Large rooms with great fridge and other appliances.
  : There was no garbage can in my room. I reported to front desk that I had no garbage can in fear of being charged $ for it and they didn’t even replace it.The staff was very harsh as they informed me and other guest of hotel no smoking rules I am a non smoker.

  : I stay here at least 3 or 4 nights a month. Location is good. Full breakfast included and usually staff is great and place is clean.
  : This stay...had to pay twice the usual price. Room wasn't very clean - exchanged pillows because they were filthy, room wasn't vacuumed
