  : Nothing other than it was close to the mall
  : Staff was not friendly. The pool was dirty. The trash cans were heaping with trash. The fire alarm went off 3 times while we were there with no fire. There were no elevators and we had to clump up with luggage and kids up 3 flights of stairs. The sign in the lobby states they serve breakfast and they do not. I understand Covid probably limits this but they need to take the sign down. All the pictures that are on your website look nothing like the hotel. We will never stay here again

  : There was absolutely nothing that I liked about this hotel.
  : Right from the start this hotel was terrible they took forever to check us in and the lobby was a wreck. On our way up to the room we passed by human or animal feces all over the ground near the stairs. Once we got to the room the only sitting chair in the room was covered in stains and grime, the bedsheets were extremely dirty and have been slept in multiple times without a wash. The room had been smoked in heavily even though it was designated as a non-smoking room and the smoke detector was ripped off of the wall. There was also bugs crawling out and all over the sink. We had originally told them we would be staying two nights after going and buying our own bedsheets at 1o’clock in the morning just to try and get some sleep we went down the next day and told them about some of our complaints and ask them do not plan on us for the next night, they told us that would be fine and then proceeded to charge me a couple days later for the second night. This was absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life not just the hotel but also the understaffing that came with it. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

  : Room was not cleaned. Hair strands everywhere, even on the hand towel. Tub looked like it had debris of previous user. Beds looked like they had recently been layed on and not even attempt to be made. Overall gross.
