  : The location was safe, modern, and not touristy but great for getting to all of the museums, and there were lots of places to eat nearby. It was also an easy 15-20 minute walk to Rittenhouse square area with tons of restaurants and bars.The room itself was nicely finished with a little kitchenette. The access code made it feel secure. The roof terrace was great.Overall I would definitely stay again knowing what to expect. I think it's good value for the price.
  : I was not allowed to do late checkout, even by an hour, but they wouldn't tell me until the day before, meaning I had to cancel a meeting at the last minute to check out. There are no humans to talk to at the facility - you communicate with remote staff through the Sonder app via chat which is "always available" but kind of annoying to work with a different stranger every time you try to contact them. The room could have been a bit cleaner but was pretty good overall. The mobile key didn't work so I had to type in the long access code a million times which got a bit annoying, and was a little nerve-wracking to need one in the elevator.
