  : The location.
  : I requested a handicap room. Called several months to ensure I got one. I checked in and they put us upstairs. I specifically told them when I called to make reservations that I needed a handicap bottom floor room. Then our room flooded! Any were everywhere as well. The receptionist was nice & I know it wasn’t her fault it was the gentleman’s fault that is spoke to when I reserved the room. He guaranteed we would get a bottom floor room & that was not the case.

  : Booked this room based on other positive reviews. If you are in need of a bed and shower then this is worth the minimal rate. I booked a 2 full bed non smoking room online, traveled 5 hours and asked how early I could check in, the girl at the front desk said she didn't have anything available but a room without a fridge & microwave. I agreed as I wouldnt be spending much time in the room anyway. So I was allowed to check in substantially early.
  : Arrived back from my day at 10:30 to take a shower, no hot water, there were pubes left in the tub from the previous visitor. The bathroom did have some rust stains on floor. One of the other neighbors was banging on their room door for a good 15-20 min early in the morning. Too much noise from the parking lot. Did not rest and opted to check out early next day.
