  : Bathroom was really dirty when we checked in and only 1 pillow for each bed had to wait till they felt like it to get more took 2 days to get a fridge no microwave manager from the lobby keep bring my kids moldy food after she tried it

  : The staff was very unfriendly. They acted like they didn't want me there. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and urine. The room was bug infested and filthy. There was no heat... and it was 30 degree weather outside. The tv was all fuzzy looking,..and was propped up against the wall..ugh.no phone in the room, so I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk to ask to be moved.they put me in another room but it hadn't even been clean from the previous person.. I took one look and just left the hotel... It was a horrible, horrible experience that lasted well over 2 hours . This hotel needs to be shut down for real.. Please don't ever stay here! Sketcky, people, horrible service, filthy rooms...and nothing works!! It was like a horror movie

  : The hotel was in disrepair, there was trash in the halls and stairwell, elevators were broken, and people were doing drugs on the stairs, one person was passed out but his friends laughed and said not to worry he was alright. I was followed to my room people asking me for money, then to my car as we left the hotel. We did not stay after that! P.S. There were also people screaming up and down the halls, I guess it was party night.

  : Staff was rude. Other customers were running around yelling all night, and someone tried to force their way into our room, luckily the safety locked stopped then. Place looks run down, halls and elevators smell of weed and urine. Could have sworn I saw blood on the floor in one spot. No refrigerator in room, 1 towel. Tv didn't have remote.
