  : Breakfast and the social hour food options were good. Plenty of tasty food. Fitness center was clean and had a good assortment of exercise equipment. Ample parking. Rooms were spacious and had a nice TV. Good WiFi speed. Nice refrigerator. The rooms were very quiet.
  : Needed daily or every other day room trash pickup. Room microwave oven operation was definitely not user friendly. Swimming pool water temperature was too cold for my liking so I didn't use it.

  : Swimming pool (despite not having any towels available). Breakfast was amazing and the older lady that worked in the kitchen went above and beyond (provided wet wash cloth for my kids sticky fingers, etc).
  : Disappointed in the room. Couch had tears in it, cob webs in windows/door jams/corners, etc. I pulled the dresser out from wall so we could see tv when laying on the bed and there was trash and dirty silverware behind with cob webs on it therefore you know it had been there for long time. we stayed 3 nights and 4 days and feel like we were forgot about bc we never had anyone come to our room for new towels, clean, etc.

  : I loved how generally peaceful my second room was. I can’t say that for the first room, which I had to ask to switch out of due to guest noise upstairs and in the hallway. The room I had for the latter side of my stay was excellent though! I also loved the pool, fire pit, and basketball court.
  : Getting ahold of the staff was impossible. When I needed to switch rooms, no one was around to help by phone or in person at the front desk. I tried again a few hours later, in the early evening, and eventually got the situation resolved. However, I also needed to call the desk on two other days. First to schedule a wake-up call, and again when my room was out of toilet paper. On both occasions, I had to call the front desk multiple times to get a response. Particularly with the toilet paper, I believe I called four times within ten minutes before someone finally picked up the phone. I had tried to go to the desk in person as well, but again, nobody was around. This was a consistent issue throughout my stay no matter what time of day I needed assistance, and although staff was friendly each time, the inability to get ahold of them was unacceptable.
