  : staffs were nice (bless them for dealing with the disappointed customers every single time; SHAME ON YOU, OWNERS) & another thing I appreciated was when they did move us to an actually "passable" room & reimbursed that one first night (by passable, it is still NOT good, still very nightmarish ONE WEEK of stay).
  : OH WHERE DO I START, it's almost everything: - I don't know how this is legal to deceive customers to this extent: this hotel SHOULD NOT RUN AND KEEP ADVERTISING THEIR SERVICE ANYWHERE. It is under major construction almost in the entirety of the property. Ofc you'd expect nothing but the constant extremely loud noises & clouds of dust, the grossest carpet, random workers everywhere, and not to mention the already usual occurrence of creeps surrounding the area. - Our first-night room was the cherry on top! Sticky and nasty-yellow ceiling & wall (looking like a dozen smokers stayed there for a hundred years & never left the room), dirty bed & pillows, stained sheet, broken AC, broken window, bugs in bathroom. - We did misplace our keycard once one night, and the front desk gentleman just handed us a new card after only asking about the room number without even confirming our IDs at all (no, he did NOT check us in the first night so he did not know us). SUPER SAFE INDEED!

  : The room smelled like smoking and other things went on , hair on the walls in the bathroom, insects crawling on the desks, they put me in a room were construction was going on down the hallway , probably been better in my truck, never again!
