  : Great view, location and space. Three rooms have king beds, one has a queen and another has two queens. Perfect for multi-generational families. Wonderfully appointed and well decorated. Nice that you don’t have to bring your own towels or sheets. The townhouse was very clean upon arrival.
  : The gas grill was rusted out and unusable. The gym facility had three pieces of equipment, two of which were missing power cords and unusable (neither the bike or elliptical worked). The hot tub was also broken. Would be good to know that you need to bring your own coffee filters ahead of time - especially if you’re caffeine dependent! Never could locate a vacuum but found broom. All the rugs are shedding and several of the bedding covers looked like they need a good wash.

  : It was so beautiful and spacious. My family of ten were there for our daughter’s wedding. Although it appeared clean when we first walked in, we found several unclean areas that were plain gross and unacceptable. There was a lot of dirt tumbleweeds, candy, other people’s clothing under all beds. Two beddings had a lot of big droplet stains that looked like blood and urine. It was even grosser after I washed all the bedding and these stains came out. So my grandchildren were sleeping on unwashed bedding. Bedspreads and mattress cover had these dirty stains. The cleaning crew did come and give us new bedding so we were thankful for that. Kitchen countertops had grit or sand all over. Floors were dirty as I wiped up some crumbs with wet paper towel and towel was brown with dirt.
  : See above and the back sliding glass door handle was broken. Also towel rod was coming out of wall
