  : The staff at the property was amazing. The location was beautiful. The condo was lovely and well decorated - not the same condo in the pictures or it has been remodeled. Portofino is stunning, the staff is so friendly. It is like Disney on the beach. You should definitely rent something directly from Portofino - not from Vacasa/Booking.
  : The bathrooms were FILTHY! There was mold in both showers. It was disgusting. I called Vacasa (who you are renting through), and they said someone would come out and clean. They never came. They also did not send the property information on our stay so it took over an hour to check in and get that straightened out. Terrible customer service. Terrible cleaning staff. Save yourself the hassle and rent directly from Portofino so they can send up onsite staff if there is a problem. These people won’t.
