  : Very lighted area, which provides security. Beautiful neighboring area. The room was clean, and there were no issues with staff. Quiet no disturbances.
  : The pool was under maintenance our whole visit and was the only reason that we selected this location. Was given inaccurate information about when the pool would become available.

  : I was able to stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was very nice. I appreciate that the office is open 24/7. Some, but not all, of the office staff I interacted with were exceptionally good.
  : My room did not have a hair dryer, as promised. Internet service was very spotty and I had to keep signing in again. I did not have continuous internet service. I had to ask the front office for a "do not disturb" sign which was then removed when I wanted it to be left up. When they power washed the sidewalk in front of my unit water came into the room and got the floor wet and also my pet's bed. The manager expected me to clean it up myself but I had to insist that he do it, since housekeeping was gone.. Also, it would have been good to know that the pool was undergoing refurbishment and there would be loud construction noise during the day.
