  : Absolutely nothing about the hotel. Great restaurant down the street for good food and service.
  : Upon check in the person (KPatel - Female) could not speak enough English to be understood. Told me You can't smoke. I told her I did not smoke, then she added No one in your room can smoke. I told her no one smoked. Once entering the room we noticed only 3 towels for 4 people. We went to dinner as no one was at the desk when we went back down. When we came back we politely asked (A male at the dest -no name tag) for another towel. We were told "It is my policy. All rooms have 4 towels. It is my policy and it is how it is. " We politely left and returned to the room. Re-counted the towels and found only 3 (reservation for 4). Tried to call desk from room. Phone plugged in but dead. My husband went down to get a towel. The male at the dest started the same "My Policy" speech. My husband told him that there is only 3 towels, regardless of your policy. The manager then said people put them in bags and leave with them, so I only put 4 in each room. My husband then asked if he was being accused of steeling a towel, and the manages said "well, 50/50". My husband was upset and the person at the desk gave him one towel and said - "I give you one this time". "I don't want drama". My husband returned to the room after that. We then looked up Google reviews of this hotel and found that bad, non-professional treatment of guests was common at this hotel. Tired from driving all day we stayed. Bed ok. The next morning looked at the "Included Breakfast" A real Horror show. Dried, baked on food on the food containers. OJ- barely tinted water, bread wrapped in plastic wrap, not tidy. Everything looked like yesterdays food re-heated. Nothing in professional type containers -house type crock pots, dirt. We did not eat there. Found bugs in the room (Stink Bugs) when we got up in the morning.

  : Didn’t see anything I wanted but I happen to be a picky eater. Picked up a blueberry muffin and headed on out for the next leg of the trip
  : I had the feeling the woman who checked me in, an Eastern Indian woman, was suspicious that I would try to smoke in my room (I don’t smoke), sneak in a dog (I am traveling totally alone), or adopt some stay animal and take it into my room. Maybe it was all in my imagination.

  : The room was ok once we sorted out all the issues.
  : The ice machines were all turned off until we complained. The hallway was literally 83°. The property is NOT pet friendly as advertised. They have 2 pet friendly rooms and you have to call to see if they’re available. We hadn’t brought our pet but asked about it for information. We booked an accessible room due to a recent surgery and when we arrived the staff, who we had to hunt down, said it was booked despite booking saying it was available and us booking it. Finally got that resolved with the manager when we asked to cancel. Front desk was never staffed our whole stay, had to stand at the desk and call the hotel and wait while the phone rang for someone to show up. Sometimes 5-10 minutes or more. A friend stopped by for an hour and staff wanted me to pay for an extra person. For that amount in the area can easily book a pet friendly room with a continental breakfast and far less hassles. Staff told me to call the hotel don’t go by bookingdotcom because it is wrong about rooms that are available. Even though I’ve never had that problem before, and that’s literally why I use booking rather than calling every property.

  : The room was spacious. There were many outlets, which was great. And we were able to get a late check-out, which was very helpful.
  : The breakfast could have had more variety. It was adequate; nothing special.
