  : The location worked for us; the kitchen was workable although in poor repair; there were a lot of towels and soap.
  : The door/code did not work properly almost all of the time and it was very difficult to get in; the wifi info was not timely provided; it was impossible to contact our hosts because the message box was full; texts were blocked; and emails were not answered. There were barking dogs across the street that barked all night and the neighbors would not bring them in. The glass on the front door fell out. There was constant watering of the outside for many hours/day. Although a "laundry code" was provided, there were no laundry facilities. When we finally received a call from our "hosts," it was a call from a Philippine call center! Despite all of the foregoing, our hosts were very demanding and authoritative, attempting to impose unreasonable conditions at the last moment.

  : We didnt get the door code to get in so that was an anxious few hours.There werent clear instructions for which door was laundry.The instructions for the door code were not clear.There could have been some written instructions in the house.

  : Facilities were understandably outdated and it couldve been cleaner in some areas.
