Disappointing

  : You can hear everything through the ceiling, the property is dirty I.e trash all over the place. Extremely loud guest up at 7am yelling.

  : the grounds could have been cleaner and the grass was hard on dogs feet. had lots of stickers

  : AC didn’t work so if you do stay bring a fan and sheets there were no sheets to put on the pull out couch! You can hear every time the people upstairs come and go! The room has several doors to go to other places in the home that you can not go in just didn’t feel safe!! Example to the garage you don’t have access when people are in there it sounds like someone is trying to get into your room!!! The windows let in alot of light so be ready around 6 to wake up. The refrigerator wasn’t actually a frig and doesn’t get really cold and it will go out so there’s a sign on how to reset it! We had to call to see on how to lock the front door I just wouldn’t recommend this property it is decorated nicely but that’s it I wouldn’t be cheap next time guess you pay for what you get!!

  : we ask for early check In didn’t get it then we couldn’t get in it took an hour and 15 minutes for someone to let us in . Then the next night 10 people moved in above us and it sounded like they was coming though the floor.. This was my husband and I anniversary trip! it was not clean and very nosy and people above us was very disrespectful
  : it was dirty, the light didn’t work in the kitchen outlets not working it had a sign to Remove your shoes before entering, they were sand all in the floor

  : We were close to restaurants, tourist activities you could do.
  : The beach was hard to get too. The AC didn't work. We called but noone showed up to fix. Some of the outlets didn't work. Especially the one for microwave/refrigerator. You could hear the neighbors upstairs and they kept trying to open the doors to our room. We were ready to call the police because of it.

  : I liked the location to the beach, it was within walking distance. The size of the rental was about the same as a hotel room.
  : The air conditioning was broken the whole time we were there. We reached out and was told we would get a $50 credit and someone would be out, but no one showed, and the credit was never issued. The garage was at our back door and we were awaken every time the garage door was opened and closed by the upstairs renters who mostly came home after midnight. The fridge was a wine chiller fridge so it didn't get cold enuff to keep food in.
