  : Loved the property,very nice & clean, loved the gate keeper (Robert), very helpful and courteous. Loved the location and closeness to the beach, very nice!
  : Gate code was not correct. Was a little inconvenient to get through the gate. Did not like the fact that the TVs were not user friendly for home entertainment. Could only get one channel after calling the host. Perhaps, they should be active and ready to go for all guests, and not have to plug in any cables at all. However, this was minor. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

  : the bed was terrible, the unit was poorly cleaned.

  : The convenience to be able to bring our pet. The convenience being able to have access to the beach. The safety of it being in a gated community. It was nice having a pool but we did not use it. It just was nice being with family. Also the help of our guest contact Audrey. She has been a big help.
  : The hot water heater did not work correctly. Need better instructions on how to use the shower and the tub, we thought we was going to break the faucets because they were do hard to turn on.Was not that clean, the stairs carpet was terrible.The vacuum cleaner would not work due to the wire was broken , it is unsafe. I could not use it because of it. The vacuum stick would not get everything off the carpet. The beds were uncomfortable.
