  : No pool no balcony, the only two reasons we booked here. I have a broke foot so the beach was not an option for me! With no balcony or pool I should have received some sort of discount... refrigerator was leaking and toilet was awful.

  : Walked into unit and the out of date refrigerator was leaking into the living room . The out of date TVs were not working . The blow dryer in bathroom did not work. Used the towels we were left to clean up water from refrigerator leak and if we wanted clean ones the was a laundry area where we could have washed them if we sat there and paid money to wash them also he ice maker didnt work so had to buy bags of ice every other day . Bed uncomfortable and pancake flat pillows. Notifications were sent to property managers about problems who said they would notify owners. Paint was chipped everywhere and the 1970s carpet in bedroom was sticky we did not go barefoot in there. I felt with this many problems the owners should have gave some money back since I had to buy 3 bags of ice every other day and had to buy a blow dryer . And FYI for those of vacationers driving you have to pay extra for a parking pass. The chairs on the beach are 40.00 a day if unit owners havent purchased them for their unit a the owners of 705w did not purchase them so we had to. Needless to say the owners didnt respond. The management said it would be the week after we left before problems could be addressed which helped us none . No money or compensation was offered to us . I WILL NOT STAY AT THE SUNBIRD 705w ON THOMAS DRIVE EVER AGAIN. SAVE YOURSELF A HASSLE FREE VACATION AND TRY A DIFFERENT HOTEL CONDO SERVICE OR DIFFERENT CONDO OWNERS. PS THERE ARE WALL MIRRORS EVERYWHERE MAKING CONDO LOOK BIGGER.

  : The location of how close it was to Walmart, restaurants and Attractions.
  : The door of the condo was scraped bad. Everything from the condo was dusty. We found human nails in couch, the carpet was gross in the bedroom. The walls were terrible, TVs and controls were dusty, hairdryer did not work, dining table was dusty, kitchen utensils looked dirty. Dryer and washer are not in the condo. We did not use the kitchen, couches we had to clean the dining table to eat. we did not enjoy the stay.

  : Breakfast was not applicable. Location was the only nice thing.
  : Rooms were dirty, rug in bedroom was filthy, hairdryer in bathroom didn't work, sink in bathroom drained very slow, rug in the bedroom by the sliding door to the balcony was wet because door leaked when it rained also the window in the bedroom leaked. Found 1/2 filled soda bottle behind TV stand and a potato chip bag also. Entrance door needs to be freshened up. Elevator needs to be cleaned. I should have taken pictures but I didn't.
