  : The place was not cleaned properly. There is mold everywhere it was filthy neither tv in bedrooms worked the toilet leaked upstairs paint peeling off the wall when it rains water runs down the walls

  : Very close to beach. 2 parking spots included. Unit K2 had bath towels for guest use. Washer and dryer in unit.
  : UNIT K2: It wasn't clean. Garbage and toys under couches and other furniture. Sand on kitchen counter as well as under the mattresses of the bunk beds. Some towels stank of grease, had to be washed before use. Very stained couches. Urin stained mattress cover. Toaster did not work. Not enough cutlery. Baseboards need to be replaced in the bathroom, rotting and moldy. Information binder was so sticky we couldn't look through it and had to wash hands immediately. Gross. My husband wanted to leave as soon as he saw how dirty the entrance door and windows were. Also the screen door doesn't fit properly, which makes the house look like it's falling apart.

  : The property was okay. The decor was nice and the appliances looked new.
  : when we first went inside there was a funny basement or mold like smell. in the bathroom there were baby roaches crawling around in the tub and on the floor. there was bug spray on the kitchen counter so evidently they knew there was a big problem. I pulled out the sofa bed and lifted the mattress and almost fainted. there was mold all over the bottom of the mattress and white stuff all over the bed frame. this was totally unacceptable. the bottom bunk bed has a pair of dirty socks underneath the mattress, and the bed in the bedroom had nasty dirty spots on the mattress pad. Disgusting!!! I called Vacasa and the offered to refund the cleaning fee only. I wanted and deserved a full refund.

  : The location is PeRFECT! We traveled through rain, and we put our luggage in trash bags to help keep them dry. Arrived to condo and everything was soaked, thank god there was a washer and dryer in the condo! And the washer and dryer is phenomenal!
  : The condo itself was clean, but the toilet didnt get fully wiped down. There was also empty beer bottles in the bushes on the front porch, and bathroom sink didnt drain.
