  : Neat complex with clean heated pool and hot tub. Steps from the beach with cute rooms and laundry facilities. Good staffing with many people on site throughout the daytime hours.
  : Limited parking, lots of pets, some things about the place needing updates/upgrades and the tile floors will turn your feet black so wear shoes at all times

  : Room air was controlled by another unit. No washer/dryer in unit. Floors felt sandy as soon as we walked in.

  : The location was very quiet. We had an excellent view, and we were directly on the beach.
  : This place has cockroaches! Big ones. The door frames look like they had been replaced but were not fit to size. So they were gaps where the roaches could easily enter the units. Yes I witnessed this. The one we had in our kitchen disappeared between the cupboard and the stove. When we pulled it out, we found quite the little party feast underneath the stove as it had not been cleaned. Also, there was a huge hole around the cord as if there had been some re-wiring but they never filled in the hole in the wall. All food, including crackers, had to be kept in the refrigerator and lights had to be completely on at night to keep them away. The floors were dirty. No mop broom, or vacuum sweeper was seen when rooms were getting cleaned. Even the glass top coffee table was packed with sand around the edges. The bathrooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. But even at night sitting on the porch as soon as it got dark, the roaches started scurrying about. If a few steps had been taken to secure the rooms from pests, I may not have such a complaint.

  : It was pet friendly and the location was good. The staff was nice.
  : There were no signs that indicated where the room was so we walked the entire property looking for it. There was no light outside the door so you could see at night. The floor had a large crack in it. The bathroom had no towel rack for the hand towel and it had a missing button that indicated the hot water so there was hair in there that had been there awhile. The tv in the living room didnt have a box so they moved the one from the bedroom to the living room so we had no tv in the bedroom. Also the shade in the bedroom didnt work so we had the sun shining in the window. None of the furniture matches. You are charged a cleaning fee but no one comes to clean your room while youre there. You have to put your dirty towels out front for them to be picked up. You also have to take your garbage out. Dont stay in Villa 22
