  : The property was nice. There were damages when we arrived. I had taken pictures and sent via Booking chat and we were told “we know” about those. The lady was rude and seemed angry and irritated that I pointed them out. When I assured her we were okay but wanted to be sure we didn’t get charged for the damages she seemed okay. I sent multiple pics and even fixed the screen door for the master bedroom. Had a great time. Flash forward to today and I find out they kept most of my deposit without any explanation. I called and of course the accounting department never answers. I left a message then called the number listed with booking. I got Mike or something who is the “property manager”. He studdered for a second when I said I took pics and sent them to booking on day 1. Then all he could say is ask accounting. When told accounting never answers and why did I not even get an email saying what was damaged. He said you seem aggressive. I said I AM angry because that is shady practice. I feel like you are stealing from me. He started over talking me and I said I am not done speaking. He said yes you are. And hung up on me. I am very angry about my deposit being taken and I will file with booking.

  : Perfect location. Nice view from the balcony. Plenty of space for 8 people. I recommend and would stay here again.
  : My rating is given based on the comfort of the beds. They are extremely worn and uncomfortable to sleep on. Definitely needs to be changed and upgraded. The master bath needs upgrades to the shower to allow the curtain to close all the way or add splash guards to eliminate water draining out flooding the floor. One thing not mentioned that I saw- oversized vehicles or lifted will NOT fit into the parking deck. It has a limited height of 6’6’. Not a deterrent from staying here; there is accommodations for overflow parking across the street.

  : Location was great. The unit was amazing and the beach was amazing at our location. The price for the unit was great. It was probably the nicest places we have stayed at in Panama City.
  : We had some plumbing issues midweek of our stay. I spent half of a night and all day the next day of my vacation trying to keep water out of the floor. If not for that it would have been a great stay. I think the response to the issue could have been a lot better than it was. We were moved to another condo and had to downgrade from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. I felt there should have been something given for the effort and time spent away from my vacation attempting to keep the unit from receiving water damage. A thank you would have been appreciated. This event was the reason for the low score.
