  : The community is extremely nice and very well kept. There are pools everywhere which is great with kids. I wish it had a map so you could figure out the community maze a little better. The area has lots to offer which was nice since we didn't want to stay in the room because of the bugs. They left you everything you needed for the games in the community. The tote outside has chairs and beach items.
  : BUGS!! Everything I own is now covered in roaches!! The only thing they offered me was my cleaning fee back so now I have to pay for all my stuff to be treated. When I contacted them I was told that the room is scheduled for extermination but they can't do anything with us being here. The place is listed as non smoking yet the apartment below us smoked so it all came into the room through the air-conditioning unit. I wasn't given a parking pass so I had to write my phone number and room number on a paper and display it on the dash. Not enough dishwashing powder left so we had to go buy that. We were only given 2 rolls of Toilet paper for 4 people to stay 5 days, it the thin kind too! They provided tennis rackets yet no ball and only 1 putter to use at put put golf.

  : I loved all the pools. The roomWas clean and comfortable. I loved having a wash machine and dryer.
  : I wish I had gotten a rental with a golf cart. The room could have came with more toiletries such as toilet paper and trash bags. I am almost certain I left some of my belongings. I am hoping that I can get them back.

  : It showed you right next to the ocean but in fact I couldn't find the entrance to the ocean from the property. You cant smoke NO where on the property once you enter the gates.

  : Loved all the pools, mini golf and the location is near all the attractions.
  : Not being able to talk to a maintenance person directly. You have to call Vacasa to have them leave a message and then someone calls you back.

  : Parking was great! And the pools were good
  : There was nothing in the apartment condo. No toilet paper or trashbags. Half of the light fixtures didnt work! Tv was messed up!! So there was no cable or internet so our phones wouldnt work half the time because of service! My kids were very bored when it was raining. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I try to get help to fix the tv no one never came out the whole time we were there. Will not be renting from vacasa anymore
