  : Great location in the middle of all the action.
  : master bath has moldy shower knobs and the condo gets hot during the day even when you draw all the curtains, which then you miss the view of the ocean (so whats the point of paying more for beach front view). And, even if you set the ac to 68, it's still hot during the day. Made me wonder if the ac unit is rigged in some way or owner needs an ac tech to come for service.

  : Everything is outdated. Everything. The mattress’s are old and bouncy, if you have a bad back these beds suck. There are three remotes to every tv, only half the batteries work, have to steal from other remotes. Whoever cleaned before we got here did a horrible job, dirt on floors, major smears on floor to ceiling mirrors. Two glasses for 6 people, ridiculous. The sofas are dirty, tears in the chairs. Clear coffee table and dining table, painful. Toilets are so low. Update this unit please.

  : We loved the facilities and the beach front location. The security was nice.
  : The people upstairs were noisy at night and you could hear them clearly. The condo itself needs a deep cleaning and updating. The lighted tiles in the kitchen need a good cleaning, the master bath needs a good cleaning as there was mold in the faucet handles and along the silicone seal along the bath tub. The furniture was old and I was concerned about whether to sit on it. We found a cockroach in the bathroom, luckily we only saw one. There was an end table stored in a closet because the glass top was missing. A dresser drawer was falling apart so we couldn't use it. The carpets in the bedrooms need to be replaced asap as they are very visibly wore out and DIRTY. Unfortunately, when we walked into the condo the image we had was a major let down. On a scale of 0-10 I would rate the condo as a 3 and would never vacation in that unit again. Lastly, a female security guard gave us a difficult time when it came to going in and out. She definitely should NOT be dealing with the public with her negative attitude. I would not employee a person like her for a place where you are working with people paying for a high quality place while on vacation.
