  : The home was very clean and had cute decorations. It was very close to beach and other attractions.
  : Didn't have Wifi or TV the entire stay. Called about it Thursday the 9th and also garbage can outside was overflowing and there was another bag on the ground. The lady I spoke to was helpful and said she started a ticket and someone would call me the next day after 9 am. I waited until 1PM and decided to call back since no one had called. I spoke to a guy and he said he knew the guy personally that had the ticket and that he would be there THAT DAY! He never came and no one ever called back about it. I feel I should get a refund of some sort since I did not get those amenities I was told I would have.

  : Great location, nicely decorated.
  : The air didn't work for the first 2 days. The TV didn't work. The room wasn't ready at check in. The number on the fridge of the local manager wasn't taking messages. No one responded to text. When you called vacasa you were on hold 45 plus minutes.
