  : DO NOT STAY HERE!Horrible experience! First off, I booked through booking.com. When booking it clearly states that I could pay at the property. The hotel receptionist then called me after booking my stay to demand I change my card on file i no order to process payment for the first day, two days BEFORE I had even arrived or my reservation would be canceled. Thats should have been my first red flag. The day of checkin I expected to pay the rest of the balance, as I was staying two nights. After receiving my room key I was told they do not clean or do housekeeping daily and i would have to notify them before 9AM if i needing cleaning. Later on that night i saw a ROACH crawling from underneath my shoe. To top it all off, on my first night a little after 3am, an unknown person had key card access to room and opened my door as I was ASLEEP! If i had not had the latch on my door who knows what could’ve happened. As a 25 year old woman, traveling alone, I was completely scared and jumpy. I could not sleep for the duration of the night. Needless to say i cut my two night stay short as safety is an issue here!!! I asked a refund and the manager said that would not be a problem as apparently the room I was assigned in the system did not reflect the room# and keycard I was given. Save yourself the trouble!
