  : King size bed was comfy
  : No parking pass or bracelets (had to call/text to get and was still another day when got), balcony door wouldnt lock, bedroom tv wouldnt work, FINALLY got living room tv to work, very little kitchen stuff to use, floors and main bathroom were dirty

  : Location was great. We have stayed at the Majestic multiple times and love the resort and amenities. We love the pools, the hot tubs, the view, and the beach access. We also love the location to the nearby restaurants and shops.
  : I hated having to type in 2 codes to get into the room. We couldn't remember the codes, so we had to keep our phone with us so that we could find a picture of them to get into the room. The room was also not very clean. We found garbage in the floor and it appeared to not be swept. There were no garbage bags in the can or anywhere in the room. The master bedroom tv would not work (unless we took the cable thing off the one in the livingroom and hooked it up to the master- but it took forever to scan the channels to make it work). The master bed was a bowl... you sank down in the middle of it- very uncomfortable. We were also disappointed in the size of the tvs. Not only was the livingroom tv small, but it had the picture within the frame which made it smaller. We wanted to watch a football game Saturday night in the room, but it really was a disappointment to have to watch it on such a small tv. When you pay over 300 a night to stay somewhere, you have higher expectations... Overall, we were disappointed and probably will not stay in this unit again.
