  : Condo needed a serious updating. Lots of chipped paint and old fixtures, appliances, etc.

  : The view is awesome & the resort is nice, quiet & in a nice location.
  : We're not clean freaks but this condo was very dirty & outdated. I can accept it being outdated but there were so many dirty areas that if I was the owner I would change cleaning companies. The bedskirt in Master BR had dried barf on it so I washed it before sleeping on bed. All the windows were filthy inside & out & carpet hasn't been cleaned. Burnt out light bulbs were replaced upon calling maintenance as well as the non-working shower in master bath. The huge wide tub in the master bath needs to be replaced or at least have handrails to assist getting in & out.

  : Great location. Small pool at the tower, then large pool for everyone. There was a restaurant/bar at the large pool, and servers that would bring orders to your chair, even on the beach - but it was hard to find a server.
  : Condo was in poor condition. The weather stripping on the front door allowed a lot of rain to come into the condo during the tropical storm ("fred") that hit while we were there. It felt unsafe, as if the door was going to blow off. The alarms were going off during the storm and when I called property management, they weren't able to provide safety instructions. We ended up hiding in the stairwell during most of the storm because the bldg emergency alarm wouldn't stop going off and we didn't know what to do. The beds were firm and springy. Not great. The condo needed a lot of attention and repairs. The dishwasher didn't work because the garbage disposal was stopped up with what we think was fish for who knows how long. The drier didn't work. The lamps in the living room didn't work because the bulbs were burned out. We were very disappointed with our experience. We felt like nothing was cleaned properly which made us uncomfortable. We hand washed every dish before and after we used it. We let property management know about the issues in the condo and they sent 1 person who looked at the drier, told us it was broken, didn't fix it, and didn't look at anything else that was not working. The beach chairs with umbrella were almost $60 for a single day. I have never paid that much anywhere else; usually it's $40. I complained to property management about these issues and they refunded me $125. Better than nothing, but not enough. I would NOT stay here again.

  : Ate breakfast away from the condo at captain Jack's which was ok
  : No comforter on neither bed faucet in guest bathroom was broken but still could work it & was just one roll of toilet paper in the place upon arrival other then that the place was extremely perfect & I will consider coming back.

  : I like how everyone was very friendly. I was very pleased that it is very close to all the places and restaurants I love to visit while in Panama City Beach. I love how this place has everything I needed right at hand.
  : I didn't like that I was close to the top floor. I was very afraid of heights. But I didn't want to complain.
