Wonderful
Traveller Type: young couple
: Secluded from other areas, pool was awesome

Poor
Traveller Type: young couple
  : nothing
: the room was horrible, it looked like a stale Motel 6 - we walked in and walked out and left, pool was over crowded. Gates were locked had to walk around everything. Glass front doors not operating. Door locks, etc not to code

Very Good

: It was nice and our suite was big and for our big group. The pool area was nice.
: I didn't like our room mattress it was not comfortable and there was only 1 bathroom for a big group. Also, the room would have a weird smell when we would return from being out and about. The check in was frustrating also because we arrived at 4pm for our check in and our room was not ready we waited over an hour after driving 3 hours. Oh and the biggest room didn't have good lighting.

Disappointing

: The location of the property is private enough to get away but close enough to stores.
: The property is now owned by Hilton. The pool rules have changed. You can no longer have pool toys, only the styrofoam noodle. No snacks only a personal cup. The rooms are not being tended to during cleanings and maintenance. The ceilings in the bathrooms are molded and sagging in the corners. The carpet is disgustingly. House keeping doesn’t bother checking your room daily when you’re staying multiple nights, you have to call for clean towels and put your trash bags outside the door. The staff at the pool “security” watches you like a hawk. The security walks around vaping while they give fines for anyone else. They make you feel like you’re stealing, that’s how much they watch you. We’ve been going here for close to 7 years if not more and we’ll never be back.
