  : Pool hours, our keys to enter the apt were deactivated at 9 am not even check out time yet, some outlets didn't seem to work.

  : Very clean. Unit large and very nice. Decorations a bit sparse so felt a little less than homey. I couldn't find any dishes in the kitchen (didn't look a lot) - glasses but no plates but there were some pots and silverware. I am thinking the scarcity of decorations was perhaps so people would not have things to steal. But it was actually quite large and nice, just could have been decorated better. Just felt they used a mediocre decorator.
  : There did not appear to be any creamer for coffee (there was a pot and coffee but I did not make it because I don't like black coffee. Didn't see plates for eatting (but they may have been hidden somewhere as I did not climb to look in all cabinets).

  : Location and staff were great, especially Eva who was very helpful.
  : A bit grubby and the pool was not chilled so it wasnt enjoyable. They said it was chilled but it was hot.
